Cincinnati In Latest Polls
After a methodical 47-15 rout of Rutgers on the road in the first game of the season, the Cincinnati Bearcats football team has reached the top 25. Cincinnati sits at #23 in both the AP and USA Today polls. A positive showing from the Bearcats on national TV Monday gave the team a bout of confidence and gave voters a chance to see the team without any other games on at the time. The Bearcats proved naysers wrong and showed that once again they will be a force in the Big East.

Don't get me wrong, UC looked awesome yesterday. However, lets not start planning for the Orange Bowl yet. They dismantled Rutgers which was awesome and Tony Pike looked like a Heisman candidate. But BK also had months to prepare for this game, I think they will be pretty solid and should contend for another Big East title. But they are young on defense and still have a lot of games to play. I am excited to watch them, I will follow them closely this season. They are fun to watch. (I am already planning for a KY National Championship in Basketball though so I know how it is!)
